It has been two days since leaving the capitol Brasilia, we are traveling by bus now heading south and have spent some longer stints on board.
We have visited Coffee plantations, a coffee distribution company, dairy, sugar cane farm as well as getting a run down on site at a sugar mill re the process behind ethanol.
We were received at a farm owned by Jonadan Ma who gave us an outline of their business, very diverse with an on farm factory producing Soy products. This man is a very impressive operator and we were fortunate to have some of his time.
We have been driving through hundreds of km's of country side as green as you could imagine with soy bean, corn, cane and cattle every where.
We are staying tonight at Hoteis Oasis although I am unsure of which town/City we are in.
